RiseCare, in partnership with Careline365, provides a comprehensive careline pendant solution that ensures 24/7 access to support. With just one press of the pendant, our falls response team is rapidly mobilised to provide the help you need, whenever you need it. For added peace of mind, we also offer a keysafe service, making it simple and secure for our responders to access your property in an emergency.
Clinical Hub
Our Clinical Hub operates 24/7 and is staffed by experienced Specialist Paramedics who provide expert guidance and oversight for every response. They play a key role in ensuring safe discharge at the scene, as well as arranging onward referrals to community or healthcare services when needed. The Hub’s clinical governance is supported by doctors with specialist expertise in Emergency and Urgent Care, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient-centred decision making.
